Brief Introduction
R-382-2 polyurethane encapsulating resin is made from polyurethane, hardener and filler presented in two-component form. The heat-resistant grade of R-382-2 is B. Correspond with UL approval standards. (E229550).
Features
Good manufacturability, shining solid, excellent crack resistance, good waterproof and moisture resistance property, low shrinkage, good insulation property and flame-retardant efficiency.
Application/Use
It is suitable for the casting of motor coils and encapsulating of electronic components, for example, it is fit for computer control panel, transformer, control source, ignite controller, mutual inductor coils, ignite coils of autocycle and auto, brake and so on. This product can be cured at room temperature or under bake. It also has good fluidity after part A and part B mixed together.

How to use
Mix part A and part B with a proportion of 100/50 by weight at room temperature, stir totally.
After the mixture has no bubble, start to encapsulate.

Baking: cure at room temperature for 12-36 hours or bake at 60°C for 3-4h.
Package and Storage
Part A is packed with iron drum, 20kg/drum while part B is packed separately with plastic drum.
Original package can be stored for 6 months in dry and cool room.
