Hot Oil Heating System Thermax Oil Boiler
Thermal oil heaters use oil, gas, wood, coal, biomass and os on as fuel, the heat transfer oils is heated in the boiler furnace first, then the thermal oil will flow in the closed loop pipe to the heated equipment and then return to the thermal oil heater again, in this way, the heated object can reach a high temperature (Max. 320℃) with indirect heating. It is especially suitable for industies which are flames prohibited
Working Principle
Liquid phase heat transfer medium is heated in the boiler, and then flow and circulated to one or multiple heat energy users in a closed loop system. The thermal oil is flow by the force of a pump, there are 2 pumps in the whole system, one working pump and another one is a spare pump, in any case the working pump stoped, the spare pump will start work immediately, so the system wont breakdown.
