Thermal Oil Boilers are insulated with rock wool, whose thickness of which is 100 mm to minimize heat loss and the rock wool is covered with embossed metal sheet, whose thickness of which is 0.8 mm.
The Specifications of Thermal Oil Boiler:
- The temperture of oil can rise to 300°C at the atmospheric pressure.
- Thermal Oil doesn't cause any corrosion in the boiler plant.
- Also incrustation and calcification don't accur.
- In the normal climate conditions , freezing doesn't occur in boiler plant.
- When necessary, hot water, boiling water and steam can be produced by means of thermal oil boiler.
- Temperture is checked easily.
- Boiler plant maintenance costs are low.

- The grate area is lager so burn fully that the black smoke is less.
- Automatically coal, automatically slag, lower labor intensity.
- It make use of the closed-circuit forced circulation to provide heat, it couldn’t come into contact with the atmosphere, which prolongs the service life.
- The furnace uses the light insulation material to make insulation performance higher and the heat loss is less.

1.How to pay?
TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.
2. What is the delivery time?
It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 15 to 30 days.
3.How to install after the goods arriving destination?
We will provide detailed illustration to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages will be borne by buyers.
