SL12A is use for mattress, sofa pocket spring assembling. Gluing, turning and compressing could be finished automatically after putting the pocket spring strip into the box.
Using the slide way,to make the‘turning-compressing-reset ’action faster, more steady and high efficiency
Using the inverted triangle fixed plate, to make sure each pocket spring in the right position.
The traditional time delay spring positioning has replaced by the orientation of distance, to make it more accurate.
Achieve straight pattern and honeycomb type mattress;
Line glue spraying or point spraying mode could be chosen according to requirement.
