1. Feeder with twin-screw measure
Motor and feeder are designed direct-coupled, it contains horizontal mixer inside the feeding hopper. AC motor, imported frequency converter is used to adjust speed .
2. SHJ-65 twin-screw extruder
a. L/D=32-52, diameter of the screw is 62.4mm , trough deep is 11mm , diameter of the barrels in side hole is 63.0mm .
b. The screw elements are connected to the core axle through in volute spline .
c. Material of screw elements is high tool steel W6M o5Cr4V2 , hardness of the face is HR C 60-64, Material of the barrels is double alloy .
d. Main motor of the twin-screw extruder is AC motor , imported frequency converter is used to adjust speed , screw speed is 50-500 rpm .
e. Copper casting heaters are used in barrels and exchange net ,barrels are cooledby water.
f. Use the hand moves exchange net and fast speed hydraulic exchange net system.
g. The motor of the oil pump lubrication system is AC motor .
h. The motor vacuum pump is AC motor .
3. Electric control system
a. Tem perature control system with PID adjustment , dual channel (heating/cooling), Temp-control meter is from Japan.
b. The main drivers and the of current of the main drivers are interlocked, which realizes flows the in stantaneous protection stops.
c. Hotly protects the component and beeak switch of the main drivers are used SIMENS products.
d. Buttons and signal in dicators are all used Germany assem bled SCHNEIDER .
