1. Feeder with twin-screw measure
Motor and feeder are designed direct-coupled, it contains horizontal mixer inside the feeding hopper. AC motor, imported
Frequency converter is usedto adjust speed .
2. SHJ-20 twin-screw extruder
a. L/D=32-60, diameter of the screw is 21.7mm, trough deep is 3.85mm, diameter of the barrels in side hole is 22mm.
b. The screw elements are connected to the core axle through in volute spline.
c. Material of screw elements is high tool steel W6M o5Cr4V2, hardness of the face is HR C 60-64, Material of the barrels is double alloy.
d. Main motor of the twin-screw extruder is AC motor, imported frequency converter is used to adjust speed, the screw speed is 60-600 rpm.
e. Copper casting heaters are used in barrels and exchange net ,barrels are cooledby water.
f. Exchange net manually.
g. Gearbox is adopted parallel tri-axial structure , com bine reduction part and distribution part in to together, bearings are imported SKF product.
h. The motor of the oil pump lubrication system is AC motor.
i. The motor vacuum pump is AC motor.
3. Electric control system
Adopting imported PLC(SIEMENS)and frequency converter to achieve optimized process control. Magnet valve of the cooling barrels water-system is ITALY CEME.
