Product Description:
This series is the introduction of the Swiss filling technology, after digestion and absorption, the design and manufacture of cans filling, sealing one of the devices. YGF series of models for its non-carbonated beverage temperature, high temperature filling and sealing. DGF series of models for its carbonated drinks beer filling sealing.
This machine combines the liquid filling, crimping and gas filling into one single working table.
It saves working space and labor cost, only one operator is needed.
All the pneumatic valves are international Metalwork brand from Italy, result in an stable and reliable running, the liquid dosing and gas metering parts are all stainless steel 316 manufactured by CNC machine process.
This machine is an ideal option for aerosol products new beginners, laboratory purpose or R&D for new products research and formulation optimization.
Filling valves take hi-precision mechanical valve, with the features of fast filling speed, high liquid level precision.
Filling vat adopts 316 materials to airproof to realize the constant pressure filling.
Flow speed of the filling valve is above 125ml/second.
The main drive adopts transmission assemblies of toothed belt and gear case, with the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, stable running
With the features that filling while there is a can, and not filling without cans.
Filling method is constant filling with fast filling speed, and stable
Capping technology is taken in the technology from Switzerland Ferrum Company.
Capping roller wheel adopts high hardness alloy guenching fire (HRC>62).capping curve adopts projection grinder to process precisely to make sure of the capping quality. Bottle guiding system can be changed according to the bottle types.
This capping machine als o can realize filling while there is a can, not filling without cans, which can gurantee the normal running of the ,machine.
The whole machine has its own CIP cleaning system.
The whole machine has centralized lubrication system.
