Full automatic from bottle conveyed into filling machine, turn over the bottle and washing bottle inside and outside to dry bottle out of machine. Use easily, rarely maintenance.
Unique sprayer design,good sprayer ability, save flushing liquid,setup stainless steel device collecting flushing liquid.
Rotary washing device include 16 robots and sprayer and water drain valve.
Filling device
Consist of filling tank, center tube, main turntable, filling valve, lifting mechanism, cam mechanism. The whole filling rotary system is supported by a big slewing bearing, running stable; filling tank ,center tube are fixed in the slewing bearing.
Filling valves are opened when bottles available, when liquid filled in bottles, other material in bottle will be pushed out to return tank. And don't contact with liquid in filling tank, ensure liquid purity. When bottled is full, a little liquid will be collected into return tank by a exhausted tube for washing bottle. Special filling valve design,Good filling device can keep no bubble in final products.
Capping device
Capping device include capping head, send cap device ,fetch cap device...Using photo electricity testing machine to realize automatic feeding cap and sending cap and stop capping when no bottle ,auto alarm when over load. This equipment adopts bottle handing technology, Good ability for permanent magnetic capping ,capping torque can accurately adjust setup, ensure good sealing ability.
Auto cap sender
This machine adopts special stainless steel tube can offer caps to capping tank continuously. Use easily, maintenance conveniently. The greatest advantage is no air pollution in factory.
This machine include cap tank, delivery pipe, air blower, gearing and electricity controlling. Cap sender is controlled by electronic testing device in capping tank.
This series of equipment is mainly used for a variety of polyester bottles of mineral water, purified water and other non-carbonated beverage production, realization washing bottle, filling and capping in one machine.
Feature
1, the machine uses the card to run bottleneck suspension design work state, so that the bottle at high speed running smoothly and reliably, while significantly reducing the number of parts to make the change when replacing the bottle more convenient and faster.
2, using a new generation of stainless steel flip-bottle holder, and bottle screw clamp so do not touch the section above, and a nozzle, rinse the inner wall of the bottle full, no dead ends.
3, using advanced gravity filling technology, filling fast, steady, accurate.
4, using magnetic torque screw lid, to achieve catch cover, screw cap. Stepless torque screw cap, seal tight and reliable, and does not hurt the cover.
5, Human machine interface touch screen buttons, PLC computer control with a lack of cover, overload warning device, timely detection and troubleshooting, high degree of automation.
6, with water contact parts are made of stainless steel, the main electrical components are internationally renowned manufacturers.
The use of advanced micro-negative pressure filling principle, filling fast, stable, accurate, reflux material with a sound system that can be achieved independent of the return air reflow, no contact with the material, reduce the second time pollution and oxidation.
This machine can meet the following technical requirements of 95 °C hot filling, filling valves and pipes can no health corners, and with a self-cleaning CIP interface before capping, RO water washing device to ensure that no bottle mildew.
