Mix the powder material ,excipients,moist bonds evenly, to have loose or lumpish soft
material.Upon push action of the screw feeder , the material flows into extruding chamber,then passes screen plate through extrusion by extruder,finally forms compact cylindrical extrudants of
various lengths.
This machine is composed of motor, reducer, transmission device, charge chamber, helical charger, screen plate, cover, control system, machine bracket, etc.
Mesh plate of various diameters(Dia. 0.4mm-2.5mm), able to achieve cylindrical extrudants of various diameters.
Even exttrusion, good density, high finished ratio.
High production efficiency, able to supply material for several spheronizers.
Radial double-screw extrusion, low pressure upon material; possible for fast and heatless extrusion of heat sebsitive material.
Coalxial single-screw extrusion, able to additionally install coolong or hearting canister.
