Brightway Decanter Separator Features
Brightway Decanter Separator are designed with practical structure and environmental friendly concept. The middle speed, high speed and variable-speed decanting centrifuges can separate and remove solid phrases in drilling fluids with safe, consistent, and efficient working performance, satisfying different request for solids control in oil drilling, drilling waste management, and other industrial applications.
1. Main body & core components adopt Q345 high-strength wear-resistant alloy material.
2. Screw propeller material: 1CR18NI9TI
3. Decanter Separator Bowl: SS316 material
4. Decanter Separator Bearing: SKF or FAG.
5. Explosion-proof electric control box: The electric components are well-known brand as SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER or ABB.
6. Discharge port protected by tungsten carbon alloy ring or coating.
7. Parts in contact with material are stainless steel.
