1.machine description
BJ -400P PE coated paper plate making machine is designed according to the market requirement . with the function of full automatic sucking paper,feeding paper,sealing,forming ,and temperature control , automatic accounting and so on .it is a ideal equipment to produce kinds of paper plate .
BJ-400 has combined with pneumatic and mechanism together renewedly,compare with the traditional plate machine , it has much higher speed ,more performance steadily, and much safer to operation .it adopts more efficiency cylinder ,the largest air press can reach 3t.through mould changing , it can produce different shapes and sizes dish &plate.

Q1. what is the machine Packing way?
answer : usual , With wooden cases packing or iron tray packing
Q2. How long days for machine shippment ?
answer : As usual, 25--30 days shippment after received your deposits.
Q3. how about the machine Guarantee?
answer : One year. During this period, any parts damaged caused by machineself, the seller will repair/send the spare parts for free. After one year, the seller will supply the spare parts to buyers as the cost. The machine service is all around the machine life.
Q4. Installation and training
If customer request, we will send our technician to install and train operation, but all costs should be covered by buyer. ( including getting visa, 2-way air tickets, food. Hotel. Local traffic, translator, salarys ).
Q5.what is the terms of payment ?
answer : by 100%T/T , 30% of deposits should be paid in advanced , then 70% of balance should be paid before shippment . or IL/C at sight , both are ok .
Q6. what about the whole boxes produce line ?
