3. Work principle:
The feeder transmits the pre-printed and cut cardboard from the paper shelf to the convey chain and the sends it to the shaping mold, during the procedure, the cardboard has been glued an you can adjust the position of the gluing, the volume of gluing can be measured while in progress withour stopping word. After being glued, the cardboard will be conveyed to be shaped and collected to be auto calculated as the preconcert quantity and auto mark withouot stopping production, structure: Control unit, paper feeding unit, paper transfer unit, glue spreading unit, forming unit, collecting unit.

4).Photoelectric failure-detecting system is available, if there is no papers or paper feeding blocking , the machine will stop automaticly by itself, so, it can reduce the cost consume ,and increase more safety performance

Q1. what is the Packing way of the machine?
answer : usual , With wooden cases packing or iron tray packing
Q2. whatis the machine delivery time ?
answer : As usual, 25--30 days shippment after received your deposits.
Q3. how about the machine Guarantee?
answer : One year. During this period, any parts damaged caused by machineself, the seller will repair/send the spare parts for free. After one year, the seller will supply the spare parts to buyers as the cost. The machine service is all around the machine life.
Q4. what about the machine Installation and training ?
answer : If customer request, we will send our technician to install and train operation, but all costs should be covered by buyer. ( including getting visa, 2-way air tickets, food. Hotel. Local traffic, translator, salarys ).
Q5.what is the terms of payment ?
answer : by 100%T/T , 30% of deposits should be paid in advanced , then 70% of balance should be paid before shippment . or IL/C at sight , both are ok .
