Specifications
This machine is suitable for slitting and rewinding small aluminum foil, copper foil, PET, BOPP and paper, etc.Features:
1.Operating interface is designed with the LCD touch screen, which offers easy and simple operation.
2.Adopted 5.5kw speed reducer motor, frequency conversion stepless speed regulation and 5kg/10kg/20kg unloading magnetic brake for choosing, it can provides extremely smooth rewinding operations and gives accurate rewinding length.
3.Razor and circular blades for option suitable for slitting different materials.
4.The air shaft is controlled by 10kg magnetic clutch. With pneumatic, hydraulic and serve motor (three kinds of rewinding devices) for choosing, the quality of the product can be improved.
5.The main advantage comparing with normal machine is the separated tailstock matched with EPC automatic alignment. The electronic eye for choosing makes the finish rolls in perfect shape.
