Structure Features:
1. Electromechanical integration control. All working action is controlled by PLC. Touch screen input, easy and convenient.
2. Servo motor driving, with large torque, low noise .The cutting depth precisely controlled.
3. Can cooperate in line working to upgrade equipment, for those adopts servo motor or inverter feeding vacuum forming machine, pressure/negative forming machine.
4. Servo motor pulling sheet, high speed, accurate, steady.
5. Using steel rule knife mold, low cost, reducing the production cost.
6. Cutting template adopt up/down double action method, suitable for all kinds of concave and convex molding products.
7. Modular design, equipment adjustment is convenient and fast.
8. The products from this cutting without any burr, to make up the present market which should stay join point on multi-station forming machine.
9. Products adopt manipulator to stacking, finished production accounting.
10. Edge automatic rewinder.
