1. Adjust outdoor antenna’s location and direction. 2. Check whether cable connected well. 3. Put more higher receiving antenna’s position, which can received more good signal. 4. Change another bigger power booster. 5. Change another high gain receiving antenna. |

Signal Repeater Installation (Take KW20L-GD repeater as an example)
Step 1:
Install outdoor receiving antenna on roof or other good signal places, where cell phone signal must more than 4 bars of service. The outdoor receiving antenna generally adopts the yagi or Logperiodic antenna, the antenna must be installed level, pointing in the direction the base station.
Step 2:
The outdoor receiving antenna connected to the indoor amplifier input port(BTS) through more than 10 meters jumper wire.
Step 3:
The indoor antenna connected to the amplifier output port(MS), the indoor antenna usually have ceiling mount or whip antenna, the antenna height to 2 meters more than the best.
Step 4:
After two antenna was connected, in the indoor and outdoor antenna under the premise of not look straight and separated by a wall, plugged in electricity.
Step 5:
Check your cell phone signal whether enhance , if it is not ideal, you can adjust the direction of the outdoor antenna or higher the installation position to improve. Note that goof outdoor signal is half of success.
Step 6:
The joint of outdoor antenna and feeder line should wrapped well with the waterproof tape, do the “Drop of bending” before the feeder line into the room, prevent the water through the feeder line into the indoor when rainy day.

Signal problem & installation technique supporting
1.If still weak signal receipt after installation, please check if outdoor antenna point to signal tower correctly or elsewhere has stronger signal and confirm signal strength achieve-70DBM.
2.If still have no signal after installation, please check our gsm repeater power adapter whether connected perfectly? And connectors connect well.
3. If strength is not steady, please check if outdoor and indoor antenna is too close; please ensure outdoor antenna has distance of 10 meters at least, with a barrier and not in a same horizontal line.
4. Packed the outdoor connector by waterproof glue, otherwise wet reduce the signal cover area.
