WORK PRINCIE
Vacuum seal molding is a new type molding process and adopt singleness dry sand (no water, binder, tagger), then put the heated plastic film covering on the model to seal flask . Take out the air with vacuum pump. So the sand mould is tighten by pressure difference. The course is physics molding way.
TECHNOLOGY PROCESS
Vacuum seal molding process is as follows,
cover face film, spray, reverse empty box, sand-up vibrate compaction, cover reverse film, lift box, mould assembling, pouring, loose box.
MAIN EQUIPMENTS
Vacuum system: Vacuum pump,Vacuum meter,Filter tank.Molding system:Die shoe,Vibrating table,Roast membrane device,Manipulator,Die lifter.Sand reclamation system:Sand screen,Elevator, Conveyor.
