High quality V method production line specification:
1. Vacuum seal modeling technology (also called V method modeling) is the 1970s japan invented and the successful development of a special casting method.
2. It is the single dry sand (don’t add water,binder and affix)for sand ,with plastic film in the heat with the vent and suction device on the shape of the coated forming,seal sand box,and depend on a pump type internal air, causing casting on internal and external pressure compellingdry sand get tight and needed for the formation of cavity with a physical modeling method.
3. V the main process modeling method for film coating,coating,filling sand on tight,the mould and so on ,these processes in vacuum under the support of the complete.its basic equipment is :take suction filter tube sand box templates,vacuumizing
system,plastic film heating,molding and cut off,and earthquake real stations and sand treatment equipment,etc.
