2. It includes pulping system, forming system and drying system
A. Pulping system
Pulp system is mainly comprised of hydrapulper, pulp pump, multifunctional refiner and blender, control cabinet ect.
B. Forming system
We could produce the forming molds and transfer molds according your request. The raw material of the molds could be aluminum, resin, plastic.
C. Drying system
After the egg tray has been made over by the forming machine, the egg tray will be put on the drying line by transfer molds, they will across the drying channel, then you can get the dry tray.
