The ZDP series double disc refiners are indispensable equipment for paper making and pulping systems. They are primarily used for refining pulp materials and can also be used to process pulp rejects and broke.
The disc refiner, as an important piece of stock preparation equipment for paper and pulp equipment comes with a compact structure, high efficiency, low power consumption, high adaptability, easy operation and maintenance, a flexible adjustment and more.
The mechanical sealing design prevents the pulp leakage and protects the shaft from being worn by the pulp. According to the pulping process requirement, the double disc refiner can work in bot one set or multi-set series.
