High Frequency Vibrating Screen for pulp and paper machine
Capacity: 2-120 T/D
Shown here is the ZSK series high frequency vibrating screen. The high frequency screen is mainly used for coarse screening of paper pulps. It can screen, sort, and filter knots, paper pulps, dry lime, fillers, plastic film and non-digested material in the coarse pulp.
The vibrating pulp screen features a fully closed structure and is designed with a pulp stabilizing box and stock tank. It comes with a compact structure, small floor space, and a number of other advantages.

Q1: What is guarantee terms ?
A1: According to the international practice, performance and mechanical guarantee shall be for 1 year from the successful commissioning or 1.5 years from the date of bill of lading.
Q2: What is the production time ?
A2: Normally 2- 3 months, it depends on the machine type and scope of supply. But we can arrange the partial shipment according to customer’s foundation construction schedule.
Q3: Do you provide the inspection report of equipment ?
A3: Yes, we shall inspect the equipment and issue the Exworks Quality Certificate as well as the Product Inspection Report.
Q4: What is the standard packing for the machine?
A4: Normally wooden cases with fumigation. Unless otherwise specified, the equipment shall be packed in new and strong wooden cases and necessary measures shall be taken to protect the equipment from moisture, rain, rust, corrosion, shock and damages so as to make the equipment withstand repetitious handling, loading and unloading as well as long distance ocean and inland transportation.
