Introduction
Pulp sieve machine a single forced vibration system sieving equipment, it consists of screen box, vibrator, elastic element etc.
Scope of Application
The working track of this sieve is a circle, with its Drum asana eccentric block vibration exciter, the machine can be used in sieving for mining, metallurgy, construction and paper making industry etc. In the paper-making industry, the machine could remove impurity from paper pulp, such as wood pieces, sand or slag. So that to increase paper pulp quality.
Working Principle
1. Fine material could move to the downward of the sieve plate, and ejectment from the sieve slot.
2. The material stuck in the sieve slot would jump to prevent clogging.
3. The tire coupling connection ensures its stable working condition, and circumferential stiffness is bigger, can transfer large torque and radial stiffness is very small, can bear large radial runout deformation.
4. Vibration exciter using block eccentric, advanced structure, vibration force is strong. Low energy consumption, low noise. Long service life.
5. Vibration generator with large clearance bearing, small amplitude, high frequency, high sieving efficiency and large output.
6. Simple structure, easy maintenance.

Q:What factors I need to get a quotation?
A: Material bulk density, mesh size(length & angle for conveying series) & ideal capacity for proper type, granularity distribution is recommended. product material requirement (carbon steel Q235A, stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316,etc.) Voltage & Frequency(Hz) is also needed for a precise quotation.
Q:What is the real delivery time of your factory?
A: 7 to 15 days for general series products, meanwhile, batches products & customized products would need 30 days to 60 days based on different situations.
