Pulp making configuration

2.Headbox part
Headbox is one key part for paper making machine.
Function:It will mix the pulp from round tube with wate, and make them cover the machine symmetrically.
3. Press part
1.Make the wet sheet further dehydration, so as to reduce the steam consumption during drying of paper.
2.Transfer the wet sheet to dryer section and make it dry
3.At the same time of pressing dehydration, increase the binding force of the fiber in paper, improve the tightness and strength of paper
4.Eliminate paper network, improve the smoothness of paper and reduce the two sides of paper.
4.Dry part
Size: Φ1500mm or Φ1800mm
Function:This part usually contains several group dryer.
When wet paper enters into dryer section, it can select different leading way and paper orientation according to PM working speed, production basis weight and pulp impurity.
5.Sizing machine and calender part
Function:After infiltration, infiltration extrusion and a series of physical function, there will be one thineer waterproof layer on the surface paper, increase paper water-absorbing ability, also increase the combine strength and tightness of fibre
6.Reeling machine part
Reeler: It can select horizontal pneumatic reeling machine or horizontal pope reeling machine according to the working speed.
1. Production line design service:
According to customers need for different paper, different production capacity, our engineer will provide different design and drawings. Furthermore,we will provide technology guide for the factory building freely.
2. Install service：
We can send our engineer and experienced workers to customers country and help you to install the whole production line. During install period, customer should pay salary and all costs.
