1. Base, frame, the rollers, drive system, roll gap adjustment device, heating and cooling device, safety brake, lubrication system, electric control system, motor and reducer etc.
2.Materials of Rolls:
Cast iron alloy (LTGH), whose surface hardness is HS, 68~75 is after quenching and precision processing. The working surface is well grinded and machined. The roller adopts double auto-centering rolling bearings, which are lubricated by lubrication grease.avaiable roolers types:cored smooth roll,cored fluted roll,circumferentially drilled smooth roll.
3.Drive system:
The reducer has hard tooth surface reducer. the motor is connected with reducer by elastic shaft coupling. The reducer structure type is double out shaft transmission, which is connected with front and back rolls by universal shaft coupling of nylon stick pin. All the drive gears of reducer are concentrated inside the case, which is well lubricating with spray type and has long useful life.
