This machine is used to separator the green rubber and steel wire from the unvulcanized tire. It is a new full automatic green tire process machine. There is a large quantity of waste materials included in the waste tires, which are unvulcanized rubber leftover materials, or named green tire offal, tire leftover materials and green tire waste materials and so on. They are unvulcanized green rubber lying on tire roof and tire tread during the process of producing tires. The main contents are natural butadiene rubber and butyl benzene, including 50%-80% rubber. The tire offal is used to produce various grinding-pressing rubber products. As for the high quality requirement of rubber products, the tire offal can be separated with wires and steel wires by machine, and then it can be used and totally can replace the natural rubber. As for low quality requirement of rubber products like film, road facility, the tire offal with wires can be mixed with auxiliary materials, and press them into rubber products. During the production process, using tire offal correctly can reduce to add many kinds of rubber auxiliary materials so as to reduce the cost.
The tire offal can be classified as the connection of plastic, steel plastic, tire rubber roof, rubber tread. According to different origins, it can be domestic tire offal and imported tire offal. We can separate the green rubber, steel wire, nylon wire effectively through machines so that they can be reused in the field of green rubber, steel and plastic industry.
