This test method covers the quantitative determination of the calcium carbonate (CaCO3) content of soils. This test complies with ASTM D4373. It is a gasometric method that utilizes a simple portable apparatus. The test method is quickly performed for soils containing calcium carbonate
-lime stabilized soil or cement stabilized soil is mostly used in pavement structure.it is an important factor of good quality that whether the Lime or cement dosage is suitable for design requirements and Mixing is uniform.
So after mixing, we can measure Lime or cement dosage Crush before or after to provide reliable data and ensure the construction quality can be a positive role
