Energy Saving waste tire recycling machine for sale
Dura-shred 's two shaft shredders are designed with an aggressive low RPM, high torque shredding technology.Machines are drived by Siemen motors.
It can shred the car tire,passager tire,truck tire. And the final product's size will be 50-200mm.
Dura-Shred Grater takes the chips and reduces them to 10mm-30mm. At this point 95%-97% of the steel has been removed with our magnet. At last you will get wire free rubber and clear steel.
Dura-Shred Granulator the rubber mulch from the Grater into granulators will be 1mm-6mm.During the granulation process,99% of the fiber is removed,leaving a contaminant free crumb rubber granulate ready to be further processed or sold.
Dura Shred Miller is designed for rubber material required 30-120mesh range and where the final size is determined by adjustable centrifugal screen.
Working Process:
Waste tyres--whole tyre cutting into large blocks(four or two pieces)(TDF plant)—— rough shredding tyre blocks into pieces (50mm-200mm)(Mulch plant)——medium shredding into smaller ones(10mm-20mm)(Crumb plant)——fine shred into granules(1mm-6mm)——grind the granules into powder(20-120mesh)——magnetic separator for thin steel removing——fiber separator for rubber removing——packing
A layer of plastic wraps to protect machine from dust,moisture and corrosion. Wooden case as the outside package. or depends on costomer's special requirements.
One total recycling line may need 4-5 containers to arrange shipments including the shredder,conveyor and spare parts.
(1) 1 engineer will be sent to help you installing the machine, debugging the machine, training your worker, until your machines working normally and your workforce operate skillfully.
(2) 1 year warranty for the spare parts and 20 years warranty for the heavy duty machine(without spare part) in normal working process.
(3) Project begins when the initial deposit received and the pro-forma Invoice signed.

Q1:Which kind of tire the machine could shred?
A1: The machine could shred different kinds of tire.Car tire,truck tire, passager tire.
Q2: What's final product we could get from the shredder?
A2: In fisrt step, you will get rubber chips(50-200mm), it could be used as fuel,tyre pyrolysis.
In second step, you will get rubber mulch, separating the steel(10-30mm),It can be used as garden decoration and playground protection.
In third step, you will get rubber crumb,separating the fiber (1-6mm), it could be made for rubber sheet, in playground, sport room.
In forth step,you will get rubber powder(30-120mesh), it could mix with asphalt,used as barriers.
Q3: What's the capacity of the machine?
A3: It could be 300-500kg/h,1ton/h,2ton/h......this based on your requirements.
