Tire Recycling Process:
1.Dura shred's Prime Shredder
Dura-Shred Double Shaft Shredder will shred different size of tires,until to reach 50-200mm by conveyors. We called this TDF Plants.
2.Dura shred's Grater/Rasper
The Grater takes out the steel from the rubber chips and reduces them to 10mm-30mm. At this point 95%-97% of steel will be removed with our magnet. We called this step wire free Mulch Plants.
3.Dura shred's Granulator
The machine will shred rubber mulch into a 1mm to 6mm, which is removed the fiber(95%-99%) by vibratory conveyor, we call this Rubber Crumb Plants.
4.Dura shred's Miller
The machine will mill rubber crumb from 1mm ~ 6mm to 30mesh-120mesh, we call this Rubber Powder Plants.
Working Process:
Waste tyres--whole tyre cutting into large blocks(four or two pieces)(TDF plant)—— rough shredding tyre blocks into pieces (50mm-100mm)(Mulch plant)——medium shredding into smaller ones(10mm-20mm)(Crumb plant)——fine shred into granules(3mm-4mm)——grind the granules into powder(20-100mesh)——magnetic separator for thin steel removing——fiber separator for rubber removing——packing
Dura shred's machine are packaged by a layer of plastic wraps to protect machine from dust,moisture and corrosion. Wooden case as the outside package. or depends on costomer's special requirements.
Rubber powder application:
1.Paving sport ground:
Runway, school sporting field, garden path, bowling alley, pavement, recreation field, basketball field, etc.
2.Automobile industry:
Train’s floor, disc silk ribbon for braking, soleplate of automobile and truck, shake sleeve, seal stripe, buffer, shock absorber, daily material for ocean shiping, tyres and inner unerlay of tyres, etc.
3.Architecture and equipment:
Adhensive/sealant, floors of hospital, company, insulated rubber material, carpet cushion, grass cushion for family animal, extruded products, module products, coating, bricks, thin slice, water-proof material, etc.
4.Application of geotechnical/asphalt
Drainage pipe, asphalt modified by rubber powder which can be used to construct highway and drivingway, filter, adjusting soil/coating layer for road surface, washing pipe with holes, runway for horse race, barrier for traffic or pavement, etc.
5.Regenerative rubber:
Rubber products manufacturing.

A1: The machine could shred different kinds of tire.Car tire,truck tire, passager tire.
Q2: What's final product we could get from the shredder?
A2: In fisrt step, you will get rubber chips(50-200mm), it could be used as fuel,tyre pyrolysis.
In second step, you will get rubber mulch, separating the steel(10-30mm),It can be used as garden decoration and playground protection.
In third step, you will get rubber crumb,separating the fiber (1-6mm), it could be made for rubber sheet, in playground, sport room.
In forth step,you will get rubber powder(30-120mesh), it could mix with asphalt,used as barriers.
