Product Description

 

  

Tire Recycling Process:

Waste tyres--whole tyre cutting into large blocks(four or two pieces)(TDF plant)—— rough shredding tyre blocks into pieces (50mm-100mm)(Mulch plant)——medium shredding into smaller ones(10mm-20mm)(Crumb plant)——fine shred into granules(3mm-4mm)——grind the granules into powder(20-100mesh)——magnetic separator for thin steel removing——fiber separator for rubber removing——packing

Step 1: Conveyor to load tire into double shafts shredder.

Dura-shred 's two shaft shredders are designed with an aggressive low RPM, high torque shredding technology. Each shaft is driven by its own Siemens motor, giving it plenty of power to drive through tires and thick steel beads. The shredder blade thickness ranges from 25 mm to 152 mm(1”-6”) depending on the type of tires, throughput, and desired end product. All of our blades are made from exotic steel and heat treated to an average 56-60 on the Rockwell Scale. The shredder machine can process pre-cut OTR tires, truck tires, and car tires at a rate of up to 5 tons per hour.

Step 2: Double shafts shredder to cut the whole tire into pieces. Disc classifier to separate over size rubber chips from required size rubber chips.

Step 3: Grater to cut the rubber chips into rubber mulch, meanwhile separate the steel wire from rubber mulch.Magnet to pick out the steel wire from the rubber mulch.

Dura-Shred Grater: The Grater takes the chips and reduces them to 10mm-12mm. At this point 95%-97% of the steel has been stripped and is removed with our magnet belt as the rubber mulch is transported to the vibratory tables for separation. This will be the end of the mulch producing line. For crumb rubber steel free mulch will be sent via conveyor to the Granulators for further processing.

 

Step 4: Granulator to cut the rubber into required granules size.

Dura-Shred Granulator: The G1 reduces the rubber down to a 5mm-7mm or 10-20 mesh, which is then removed through a screening system. Additional steel and fiber are then removed through an air and vibratory system before being sent to the surge bin for collection.

 

Step 5: Miller makes the rubber powder. Dust and Fiber collect system will remove the dust and fiber.

The Dura-Shred Tire Recycling Plants are designed to process up to 4 tons of input per hour. Dura-Shred system is proven turn whole scrap tires into high quality, uncontaminated crumb rubber. It is uniquely designed to allow the customer to adjust the equipment screens for precise sizing control and flexibility for output sizes. Our Crumb Rubber Systems also utilize a variety of conveying and separation technologies to minimize product losses, maximize efficiency, and maintain a clean operating environment.

Maintenance:

• Shredder-Allow for 20 minutes for every 8 hours of run time-tighten bolts, lubricate, and inspect

• Grater-Allow for 60 minutes for 8 hours of run time- tighten bolts, lubricate, and inspect

• Granulators-20 minutes for every 8 hours of run time-tighten bolts, lubricate, and inspect. Change blades if necessary

 

Environmental Compliance:

Air System included Cyclone and filtration system are also included. There are no harmful pollutants generated or released in the shredding process. Any fiber or rubber that accumulates outside of the equipment can be disposed.
