Dura-shred Rubber Pulverizer
Dura-shred's miller is designed for rubber material where a powdered products is required. Granules of size 1-8 is fed via feeder to the rotating high speed serrated disk to produce a powder product in the required 30-120mesh range and where the final size is determined by adjustable centrifugal screen.

Dura-Shred uses its experience and success to continually improve the design and manufacturing of our tire recycling systems to make them more effective and efficient throughout the reduction process. The reduction from whole tires to crumb rubber is accomplished through our:
1.Double Shaft Tire Shredder
Dura-Shred Dual Shaft Shredder: 150 hp rotating the blades, truck and car size tires are reduced to rough 3”shredded strips through the Prime Shredder. Rough shred is then recirculated until it can be sent to the Grater via a conveyer.
2.The Grater
Dura-Shred Grater: The Grater takes the TDF rubber chips from tire shredder machine and reduces them to 10mm-30mm. At this point 99.9% of the steel has been stripped and is removed with our magnet belt as the rubber mulch is transported to the vibratory conveyor for separation. This will be the end of the mulch producing line. For crumb
rubber steel free mulch will be sent via conveyor to the Granulators for further processing.
3.Granulator
Dura-Shred Granulator: The Granulator reduces the rubber Mulch from Grater machine down to a 1mm-6mm or 4-20 mesh,and the fiber/nylon then will be removed through a vibratory screening system. Additional tiny steel and fiber will be separated by drum magnet and fiber removal system,and the crumb rubber removed into bagging system or being sent to the futher processing through an air transfer system!
4.Miller Unit
Dura-Shred Miller Unit: The Miller Unit reduces the rubber Crumb from Granulator machine down to a 30-100 mesh, crumb rubber removed into bagging system through an air transfer system!
