The MULTI-FUNCTIONAL Honcha block machineries are designed to meet the mass production of various kinds of blocks ,such as pavers, hollow blocks, kerbstones, interlocking bricks, plantable blocks, retaining blocks and slope stones and so on by CHANGING MOULDS ONLY.
Batching and Mixing Plant
The batching and mixing system consists of a multi-compartment batching station which automatically weighs and conveys the aggregate to the compulsory mixer. The cement then is transported from the silo using a screw conveyor and automatically weighed at the mixer. Once the mixer has completed its cycle the concrete will be conveyed to the fully automatic block machine system.
Block Machine
The concrete is pushed into place by a feeder box and spread evenly into the bottom mould. The top mould is then inserted into the bottom mould and then use synchronized table vibration from both moulds to compact the concrete into the desired block.
Pallet Elevator
The Fresh blocks are cleaned and then transported to the elevator system. It can be manufactured to be from nine to twelves levels high.
Finger Car System
The finger car system is build to the same level as the elevator system and is designed to withstand the strain of uploading a max capacity elevator of blocks or pavers. It will transport and unload the pallets of blocks into curing chamber for a pre-set time based on the factory’s geographic location. Then blocks will be unloaded and transported to the lowerator.
Pallet Lowerator
When the pallets have been fully loaded into the lowerator, every level is automatically unloaded on to the pallet return system and aligned ready for the cubing system.
Automatic Gantry Type Block Cubing System
The cubing system will collect the blocks and pavers and transfer them to the block exit system. It can be operated with 360 degree horizontal movement.
