It is an universal lab device,experiment apparatus,trainign kits for hydromechanics experiment.XK-HX Siphon Experiment Device
Function:
1.Be used to experiment teach for siphon principle and its application;
2.Demonstrate and observe siphon factor and destroyed and pressure distribution in tube phenomenon.
3.Measuring siphon vacuum degree and determine maximum vacuum area, estimate the siphon tube’s siphon height that enable the siphon tube work normally.
Main configuration:
Supply water tank,pump,high level water box,siphon tube,measuring point,measuring pressure plate,low level water box, supply water valve,experiment bench and so on.
Technical parameters:
1.Supply water box: volume is about 50L,stainless steel or high quality PVC material;
2.Supply water pump:adopt low noise pump,top lift:10m,rated flow: 12L/min, power: 120W;
3.High level water box,low level water box,volume respectively are 40L,30L,transparent organic glass or high quality PVC material.in order to create vacuum and fill water to siphon tube when start,it is equipped with self-absorption air extractor,easy to operate.
4.Siphon tube:φ30mm,height:1000mm,transparent organic glass material
5.Measuring pressure plate;differential pressure gaugeφ8X800mm,indication liquid is water,transparent organic glass material, can display and measure each measuring point’s vacuum degree and pressure distribution in tube.
6.Running environment: temperature 0-400C,relative humidity:≤90%RH,power supply: 220V/50Hz; experiment flow object: water...
7.Experiment bench is made of 304 delicate stainless steel material; the device structure compact, good-looking appearance, simple process, easy to operate.
