Ø Screw is specially designed for PVC with conical meshing and counter-rotating, speed 1 – 34.7rpm
Ø Screw material: 38CrMoAlA, with nitriding process of high temperature. The nitriding layer is 0,5-0,7mm, rigidity: HV740-940
Ø Temperature adjustment inside the screws: oil cooling circulation device
- Ø Barrel material: 38CrMoAlA, with nitriding process of high temperature. Thenitridinglayeris: 0,6-0,7mm, rigidity: above: HV 940
