Main Configuration:
Water tank, filtrate tank, concentrate tank, high-pressure pump, spiral-wound reverse osmosis membrane element, nanofiltration element, pressure instrument, flowmeter, pipeline, valve, experiment bench and control panel, etc.
Technical parameters:
1. Water tank, filtrate tank, concentrate tank: made of high quality PVC or stainless steel;
2. High-pressure pump adopts with QL-280 type jetting machine, power: 1.3kw; maximum pressure: 8Mpa; working pressure: 1-6Mpa (adjustable); theoretical flow: <9.83L/min.
3. Reverse osmosis membrane: adopts spiral-wound membrane, diameter: φ99.4mm; length: 1014mm; slat rejection: 95%; with stainless steel shell, maximum pressure: 4.16Mpa; using temperature: 450C.
4. Flow meter: LZB-10 liquid rotameter, each one measuring range 16-160L/H, 10-100L/H.
5. Control panel board and experiment bench as 304 stainless steel; impact structure, beautiful appearance, simple procedure, easy operated.
