Functions:

1. To understand fluid bed drying basic structure, technological process and operating method.

4. Master the analyze method of calculate drying rate curve, constant velocity drying rate; criticality moisture content, equilibrium moisture content according to experiment drying curve.

Air peripheral pump, flowmeter, preheater, fluidized bed, cyclone separator, dust collector, hopper, U type differential pressure gauge, temperature control instrument, experiment bench and control panel, etc.

1. Air peripheral pump: air quantity 450 m³/h, wind pressure 120mmH₂O, efficiency 66%, shaft power 0.75kw.

2. Flowmeter: adopts with high quanlity pipeline gas rotameter, measuring range: 4-40m³/h, connection: flange
