Functions:
1. Determine local resistance coefficient when fluid flow through sudden enlargement, sudden reducing and valve.
2. Determine on-way resistance coefficient when fluid flow through rough pipes and smooth pipe.
3. To know change rules of loss in energy during fluid flows.
4. Determine relationship between straight pipe friction coefficient λand Reynolds number Re.
Main configuration:
1. Water storage tank: made of stainless steel or high quality antirust PVC material, volume about 30L;
2. Water pump: adopts with 20SG2.5-15G type piping centrifugal pump, rated power: 0.37kw, rotate speed: 2800r/min, suction: 8m, power: 34%, flow: 2.5m3/h, lift: 15m.
3. Flow measurement: measure with piping type rotor flow meter, connection method: flange, (can select turbine flowmeter according to customer required).
4. Smooth pipe: high quality stainless steel smooth pipe, pipe diameter 20mm, pipe length 1.4m.
5. Rough pipe: Industrial galvanized tube, pipe diameter 20mm, pipe length 1.4m.
6. Local resistance pipe: high quality stainless steel pipe, including sudden enlargement, sudden reducing pipe and valve section, pipe diameter 25mm and 40mm.
7. Experiment bench is made of 304 stainless steel; compact structure, beautiful appearance, simple procedure, easily operated;
