Main configuration:
Tubular reactor, preheater, condenser, gas-liquid separator, metering pump, rotor flow meter, wet type gas flowmeter, temperature instrument, pressure instrument, ampere meter, experiment bench and control panel, etc..
Technical parameters:
1. Reactor: refined made of stainless steel, φ20×600mm; three section heat; 1kw/section; maximum using temperature: 600°C; withstand voltage: 0.6Mpa.
2. Preheater: refined made of stainless steel, φ10*250mm; heat power 0.5kw
3. Condenser: refined made of stainless steel, φ40*400mm.
4. Gas-liquid separator: refined made of stainless steel, φ50*150mm.
5. Catalyzer filling quantity: 10-100ml.
6. Metering pump: as micro diaphragm metering pump; power 30w; maximum flow: 9L/h; Stroke frequency 120/min; suction: 2m. working flow=(metering pump maximum flow/stroke frequency)*current working frequency;
7. Wet type gas flowmeter: type: LML-2, rated flow: 0.5m3/h, measuring volume: 5L/turns, precision: ±1%.
8. Temperature control instrument: intelligent temperature control instrument, solid state voltage regulator, solid-state relay control, temperature control precision +5°C.
9. Pressure instrument: Y-100 type pressure gage, 0~0.6Mpa.
10. Each operation, display of pressure, and voltage, adjustment, control all complete in control screen panel.
11. Control panel and experiment bench made of 304 high quality stainless steel; compact structure, simple to process, convenient to operate.
