As a leader diesel engine and generator set manufacturer in China, our factory HD Power Co.,Ltd has
specialized in this power machine field more than 10 years; a morden engines and generator set production
line is applied at the starting. Now, our factory has two independence for its business, one is International
Trade Dept. : Liuzhou Long Dao Industail & Trading Co.,Ltd; the other one is our Sales Dept. : Guangxi

At this moment, our annual production capacity can reach 20,000 units engines/gensets, while strict
accordance to ISO9001:2008. Because our LD engines are designed by our own R&D team with technology
from Germany, FEV, Yuchai comapny, good quality is proved in current market.
For our 12 Cylinder silent diesel generator set, we assembly it with our own produced LD12M, 12MJ
Series diesel engines, which is 12 cylinder, 4 stroke, power range from 400kw~700kw in 1500rpm and 1
800rpm; it is an ideal choise to assembly diesel generator power from 80kw to 120kw.
About the alternator we apply, it is Watteck alternator, which produced by Standford technology, and the
controller will be Smartgen 6120.

Smartgen Controller 6120
LD12M, 12MJ diesel engines for generator set is produced by the latest design and technology from
Germany, FEV, Yuchai, etc companies, as it is desinged in 6 cylinder, 4 stroke. Due to the superior engine
technology we apply, the genset with 4F engine will characteristic with powerfull, stability, less fuel
consumption, long operation hour and life, lower noise.
Wattek Brand alterantor, applied Standford Technology to produced, with the same look to original
Stanford alternator and almost the same quality, it is 544, 644 model is perfect to equip our LD engines.
Finally, our LD diesel generator set's controller is Smartgen 6120. Smartgen, just as all generator
set manufacture know in China, it is the best controller products which made in China; and widely
use in chinese Genset manufacturer.

LD Silent Diesel Generator Set Warranty
1.Warranty iterms will be issued by our own factory, which is simple and quick;
2.Warranty period will be 12 monthes or 1500 working hours from commissioning date;
3.Parts replacement under warranty will be sent (include sea freight and insurance) to buyers without charges;
4.Easy torn prts are excluded in the warranty, like plugs, condenser, fuse, battery, seal;
5.Problems caused by customer's incorrect man-made operation will be covered by the user;
6.Part use for overhual and ordinary maintanence will be offered by us in factory price;
7.Skillful engineers of us are available dispatched to customers place for training and service;
