Application of stone vibrating sieve:
Stone vibrating screen are used to separate materials into various sizes for further processing or for end use. The material is separated by passing through a vibrating screen or meshes which has a number of different size according to customer’s requirements.The end products can then be used in the building and construction industries.
Features of Ore stone vibrating sieve:
1, The driving vibrating screen adopts petal shape shaft coupling and the flexible coupling has the features of simple structure, easy to maintain, overcoming the flaw that the rotary shaft coupling easily damaged.
2, Select the feeding box as a matching equipment. Shaker's effective sieving area has increased and extend service life of the screen by the application of the feeding box.
3, The rotation part increases the middle transient bearing seat which protect the motor well and therefore, extend the service life of the motor.
4, Motor can be installed on the left side of the screen frame, or on the right. The screen surface inclination angle can be adjusted by changing the spring bearing position height.
Structure and Work Principle of Ore stone vibrating sieve:
The main frame is mainly consists of the screen box, shaker, supporting devices, motors etc. The motor drives vibration exciter shaft to rotate through v-belt pulleys and under the influence of centrifugal forces of unbalanced weight, so that the screen box achieves vibration. If change the eccentric weight of vibration exciter, can achieve different amplitudes.
