Professional screening equipment in stone production line
1. Application |
Being high efficient sieving equipment, it is wildly used in mining, coal, metallurgy, building materials, refractory materials, light industry and chemistry industries.

3. Operating Principle |
The vibrating exciter is installed in the side plate of sieving box. Together with motor, the exciter rotates through coupling or belt, which produces centrifugal inertia force. The sieving screen is the main easy-wear part. The perforated sieving plate and rubber sieving plate can be knitted by austenitic manganese steel, according to different raw materials and customers requirements. The sieving plate has the types of single layer and double-layers. The sieve obliquity can be adjusted by the height of the supporting seat of spring.

The main body is in nude, and the parts will be packaged in wooden or steel case.
No-load testing before delivery:
A. No-load testing for 4 hours without abnormal noise.
B. Moving parts works flexibly without jamming and stagnating phenomenon.
