Horizontl double-shaft kneader for clays
A) Descriptions of kneader for clays :
1.Horizontal double shaft mixer is the efficient equipment for mixing powder materials and mixed
2.It mainly used for mixing,kneading the industrial and civilian coal, so that a variety of materials, adhesives, moisture evenly kneading to increase the feature of shape, and it is the key equipment of the briquette production .
3.It's characteristics are high-output, mixed evenly, no-dust pollution, little noise and is the more advanced mixing equipment.
B) Structure and working principles of kneader for clays :
1.It is mainly constituted by motor, reducer, coupling, gear pair, stirring shaft, tank chassis etc.
2.It drives two stir-axises to turn from intersecting transmission direction, through belt from motor to reducer, coupling, gear.
3.The mixing principle is more advanced, install positive and negative axis in the same spiral blades, to make complex spiral movement in space, rotation
C) Using area and usages of kneader for clays :
1.Double shaft mixer is mainly used to mix powdery materials,in other words,it can be used to process all kinds of powdery materials.
2.The aggregate can be fly ash, calcium carbide slurry, phosphogypsum, sandstone, slag and so on. 3.It is mainly used as the main part in the production line of standard bricks and lime-sand bricks.
4.It’s also one of the important equipments used to autoclaved fly ash bricks and lime-sand bricks
