LECA equipment, Construction Ceramsite,Ceramsite Production Line
Brief introduction of Ceramsite and LECA Production Line:
1. Ceramsite is also called ceramic sand, is a kind of ceramic particle product with high fracturing intensity, belonging to lightweight aggregate family.
2. Ceramsite has excellent properties, such as low density, high cylinder pressure,internal porosity, good frost resistance, shape and composition more homogeneous, and has a certain strength and robustness, which has light weight, shock resistance and good isolation features (Such as: heat insulation, sound insulation, moisture isolation) etc.
3. So ceramsite widely used in building materials , gardening , refractory insulation materials, Chemical, oil, and other departments. Ceramsite will be used more widely with the development of technology.
4. The raw material for production ceramsite sand without special requirement, have many types, almost can be seen every where, such as: aluminum barium soil, clay, slate, sandstone and mudstone, shale, coal gangue, flyash, sludge can be given even industrial solid wastes as ceramsite proppant materials.
5. Fuel. According to local fuel supply, using bituminous coal, crude oil or natural gas etc.
6. Main Ceramsite Type:
1) Coal ash ceramsite
2) Clay ceramsite
3) Shale ceramsite
4) Bauxite ceramsite(oil ceramsite)
Producing Process Flow of LECA Production Line:
Crushing ---- Batching and Powder Grinding ---- Granulating and Sieving ---- Calcine and Cooling ---- Final Product Sieving
1) Crushing:
Crush the big size materials to the suitable size.
Common Crusher include: Jaw Crusher ,Fine Crusher, Cone Crusher.
2) Batching and Powder Grinding:
After crushing, then mix different materials to grind.
3) Granulating and Sieving:
Granulating by granulator.
Before calcine, the unqualified balls are screened out by the rotary drum screen,then return back to the crusher to crush again, next,secondary granulating.
For the balls are wet ,it is better to dry with the rotary dryer (Optional).
4) Calcine and Cooling:
Calcining the semi-product (wet ceramsite balls) by Rotary Kiln.
For the calcined balls' temperature is too high, need to cool by cooler. Then get the final product.
5) Final Product Sieving:
Sieving the final product according to its granularity.
