2015 new premium GWT2304 material high temperature creep testing machine
2015 new premium GWT2304 material high temperature creep testing machine is used to test the durability of creep deformation strength of materials. It can perform many standard creeping tests on materials, components and structures. The functional components of which include host frame, high temperature furnace, high temperature corsshead, load cell, means of measuring creep deformation force, output device, and test fixtures.
The set-up and usage are detailed in a test method which specifies the sample preparation, fixturing, gauge length, analysis, etc.. The specimen is placed in the tester between the grips and an extensometer if required can automatically record the change in gauge length during the test. Once the equipment is started it begins to apply an increasing load on specimen. Troughout the tests the control system and its associated software record the load and torsion of the sample.
These systems range from 30KN to ones with 100KN capacity.
