Specifications

The bricks it produced have the tight texture, high strength, accurate size and beautiful shape.
The machine has adopted the advanced valve manifold system which can automatically adjust the excessive oil, transmitting exactly, moving smoothly .The cooling plant and heating plant for oil adapted to different temperature for producing.
Electrical system adopts the programmable controller bus (PLC) to control the production of blocks automatically. It comes close to selfalign switch-off and displays the power turn-on and turn-off automatically. The system installs a data device out of machine from which we can easily make and alter the time of feeding and distributing, and the numbers of vibration in accordance with material’s texture. The block machine can achieve manually operation and automatically operation respectively, interlocking all parts, preventing malfunction and moving safely and reliably.
Multi-purpose, it can produce blocks of load-bearing and the blocks of non-load-bearing. By the change of the mold, it can produce many blocks of internal wall, blocks of external wall, blocks of dikedam , pavements and roadside stone.
It has the features of compact structure, stable performance, high reliability, easy operation and maintenance. The machine took small area, low investment but quick returns and good economic returns. Thus, it is applicable to large, medium and small towns’ enterprises of building material.
