4, There are electric, hydraulic, machining, welding, assembly and other modern production workshops. We introduced high precision efficiency mechanical processing equipment, Structural parts are cut from automatic cutting machine. The key components are processed by CNC lathe, CNC milling machine processing.

We have more than one hundred kinds of products have passed AnBiao national mine safety sign center certification, and won the "national mechanical and electrical (mining hoister) products fixed-point enterprise" and " "Contract First, Credit First Enterprise " as our honorary title .
6, Produce mine hoist equipment with all series : JTK type, loading weight from 1ton to 2 tons, JTP type with loading capacity from 3 tons to 4.5tons, JK type loading weight from 6 tons to 17tons, all the three types can be made with double drums according to customer demands. The hoist equipment manufactured with mechanical and electrical system, electrical system with PLC frequency inveter control system which is safety and easy for operation.
MINE HOIST WORKING DIAGRAM
This series hoisting winch are mainly used for mine shaft and inclined shaft to lift coal,ore,waste rock as well as lifting personal,materials,tools and equipment. The principle axis unit used split or intergral-type flexible struction drum and the drum suffers force uniformly with big strength. Disc brakes are rear-mounted fuel tank with flexible action. The hydraulic can delay secondary brake,and it can be automatically released in wellhead .Double -drum hoisting machine has rope-adjusting cluth with radial teeth.Transmission parts can be equipped with planetary reducer or parallel axis hardened reducer.Electrical parts has necessary protection and interlock device,and user can choose PLC electrical controller and frequency speed-changing electrical controller.Dynamic braking is also available on request.
