Answer: Yes, for the new miners who is first time to use such mine hoist for his mine may not know which type 

hoist is suitable to his mine, in this case, we have professionals who can give you detailed technical design of

mine hoist which can meet your demand. 

2.Do you offer after-sale service?

Answer:Yes, we have strong after-sale service working team. If customer needed, we can send off our technicians

to the mine place for installation, commissioning and personnel training.

3.What is your mine hoist guarantee period?

Answer: Our products guarantee period is 12 months from the date of delivery. During this period, if there is

 any problem on the machine we can help customer to solve it. 

When necessary, we will send off our technical engineer to customer place for problem solving.   

4, Do you also supply other type mining machine which used in underground or on ground?

Yes, our main products is mine hoist winders, but we also produce other kind of mining machine. Such as
