Introduction:
Cable and wire spark tester is designed according to the relevant standard requirements of GB3048.9.94, BS5099 and other relevant UL standards.
Mainly apply to the relevant manufacturers and quality inspection departments for the rubber and plastic wires, the insulation layer of the cable to carry through the frequency spark test and the middle test in the production process, and finished product leave factory test, it uses to assess the important test equipment of the wire and cable insulation quality
The shell of the important parts are adopted stainless steel manufacture, anti-corrosion and durability, the panel uses the digital display, the preset current can be adjusted according to the requirements of the test to flexibility and convenient adjustment, the bead chains and spacing used in the electrode of the tester are all designed according to the relevant standards requirements. With chain switches, mechanical chain grounding, etc, to ensure personal safety, sound and light alarm and count, to facilitate the operators and timely disposal. The products also new additional set the number of breakdown preset function, which allows users to operate more convenient. The diameter of the test wire and the speed of the track line in the series products are designed according to the requirements of the customer, have many specifications for options.
