· ZK4040A/1 Desktop CNC drilling machine is Used in the high speed hot extrusion,drilling,enlarging,reaming and threading;
· The feed for spindle transmission system uses the high accuracy ball bearing guide screw,the localization is precise,the precision stability is good,specially using in the blind hole decides the deep precision high work piece;
· Interlock devices are adopted for the workbench elecation locking,which is convenient and effective;
· The feeding is realized by means of CNC system,capable of realizing a cycle comprising fast forward→ fine forware→ fast backward(chip removal),the efficiency prominently improved. In addition,an orders are designed specifically for drilling operation,which simplifies the operation and improves the effectiveness ;
· The elevation of the workbench is conducted by an electric-driven mechanism.There are two optional means of elevation:manual and automatic. Besides,the workbench can be moved and rotate in various directions,providing the maximum opportunities to process the parts of different industries.
