EC11 incremental type rotary encoder
Rotary encoders can be used in all applications that require monitoring rotation rate, speed, acceleration and direction. These sensors can be utilized in many applications found in mechanical engineering, the conveyor industry, material handling and the packaging industry. In automation, they are used as sensors for angle, position, speed and acceleration. Linear motion can also be measured through the use of spindles, gear racks, measuring wheels or cable pulls.
They convert a mechanical input into electrical signals, which can be processed by counters, tachometers, programmable logic controllers and industrial PCs.

1.1 Scope
This specification applies to 12mm size low-profile rotary encoder(incremental type),for microscopic current circuits,used in electronic equipment

Unless otherwise specified,the standard range of atmospheric conditions for making measurements and test is as following limits:

4.Application Nots
Avoid storing the products in a place at high temperature,high humidity and in Corrosive gases.Please use this product as soon as possible with 6 months limitation.If any rimainder left after packing is opened,please store it with proper moistureprooting,gasproofing etc.
The encoder pulses count method should be designed with taking operating speed,sampling time and design of the microcomputer softwae into cosideration.
Care must be taken not to expose this product to water or dew to prevent possible problem in pluses output waveform.
(Ultra-small size precision encoders,incremental and absolute type is available. Apply to handheld walkie-talkie,a small intercom system center,car stereo,etc.)
