Usage:
APTL800-1800 High Speed Extrusion Lamination Machine is used to laminate PE film onto different kind of sheets, such as paper sheet roll, plastic sheet roll, non-woven cloth sheet roll, aluminum foil roll into double-layer, three-layer or multi-layer compounded new sheets. Such compounded sheets are widely used for making different of products, such as packagers for cement, chemical products, forage, food and medicine, paper cups/bowls, EPS fast food containers and etc.
It is a healthy environmental coating laminating machine and paper-plastic composition unit (non-adhesive composition equipment). It has functions of feeding, drying, surface processing, compounding, edge-slitting, edge-absorbing and rewinding. And it adopts advanced technologies, such as photo-electricity tracking, electric-flower processing, highest speed, digital display of material's length, automatic eternal tension, temperature control, etc.
