HX-2600B Full-automatic Printing,Embossing, Glue-laminating, Perforating and Rewinding Kitchen Towel Machine
1.Character of the whole line:
1. Process of producing is controlled through PLC.
2. It can automatically add paper core without stopping machine. It can rewind, trim finished toilet roll and spray glue on the edge of it automatically. It can reduce and increase speed of machine, when you change another paper core for rewinding toilet paper
3. .When it change another paper core for rewinding toilet paper, the paper is tight first and loose afterward to avoid paper core of products falling off because of looseness.
4. It can automatically and promptly add paper tube. When there is no paper tubes, machine will stop automatically.
5. Machine stops automatically when paper breaks.
6. Tension of roll which is being unwinded is controlled automatically.
7. It can upload jumbo rolls onto the stand pneumatically.
8.This equipment can produce glue-laminated kitchen towel.It has a glue lamination unit and one color printing unit. Glue is equal.Machine can print paper with diversified fine pattern. Kitchen towel and toilet paper can be embossed with same pattern.
9.Production process:unwinding of jumbo roll--embossing--perforating--rewinding--trimming finished toilet paper roll and spraying glue on it--log saw cutting.
